These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and services of Italive Advisory LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By scheduling a consultation, submitting a form, signing a contract, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of services

Italive Advisory LLC provides interdisciplinary advisory and assistance services in Italy, including but not limited to:

  • Immigration, residency, and citizenship assistance

  • Legal support in civil, property, contractual, and regulatory matters

  • Tax planning and international financial advisory

  • Real estate consulting, investment, and transaction support

  • Banking, mortgage, and insurance advisory

  • Administrative and bureaucratic support for residents and expats

Services are delivered by licensed and qualified professionals based in Italy. All collaborators are independent professionals who coordinate through Italive Advisory, ensuring a single point of contact for the client while maintaining professional autonomy in their regulated areas.

2. Consultations, forms, and proposals

  • Clients may first book a consultation (remote or in person).

  • Preliminary forms or questionnaires may be required to evaluate the client’s situation. Submission of these forms constitutes voluntary consent to the processing of personal data.

  • Following consultation, we may issue written estimates or proposals describing services, fees, and conditions.

3. Acceptance of services

  • Services formally begin only after:
    (a) the client’s written acceptance of the proposal/contract, and/or
    (b) payment of the requested fees.

  • Acceptance may be given by electronic signature, written confirmation by email, or payment of the invoice.

  • By accepting, the client acknowledges full understanding of the scope, fees, and these Terms.

4. Fees and payments

  • Fees are specified in proposals, contracts, or invoices.

  • Payments must be made in accordance with the terms indicated (currency, method, deadlines).

  • Services may be suspended or terminated in case of late or missing payment.

  • Fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced, except where expressly agreed.

  • Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency exchange costs are borne by the client.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation.

  • Inform us of any changes in circumstances that may affect the services.

  • Cooperate with our team and respect agreed timelines.

  • Understand that outcomes of legal, tax, or administrative procedures (e.g., visa approval, citizenship recognition, tax rulings) depend on authorities’ decisions and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Professional collaboration

  • Italive Advisory coordinates services across lawyers, accountants, real estate experts, and insurance agents.

  • Each professional remains legally responsible for their regulated practice area.

  • Italive Advisory ensures communication, integration, and continuity between the different professional areas.

7. Limitation of liability

  • We commit to professional diligence and best efforts. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, especially where decisions are made by public authorities, courts, or third parties.

  • We are not responsible for delays, denials, or errors attributable to external institutions.

  • Liability for damages is limited to the amount of fees paid directly for the service giving rise to the claim.

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential losses.

8. Intellectual property

  • All content on our website, documents, and materials provided (texts, logos, graphics, templates) are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

  • Clients may use materials solely for personal or internal business use in connection with the services provided.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our materials without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • All client information is treated as strictly confidential.

  • Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, in compliance with GDPR.

  • Confidentiality continues even after termination of services.

10. Termination

  • Clients may terminate services by written notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as expressly agreed.

  • Italive Advisory may terminate services immediately in case of:

    • Breach of these Terms

    • Failure to pay fees

    • Provision of false or misleading information

    • Illegal conduct or activities contrary to professional ethics

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, IT outages, or pandemics.

12. Governing law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florence, Italy, except where mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.

13. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
