At Italive, we provide a unique 2.5-day immersive tour for US citizens pursuing higher education or primary/secondary education in Italy.

The seminar tour focuses on helping parents and prospective students comprehensively understand the Italian educational system, including the admission process, visas, housing rentals, and other relevant information.

Day 1: Arrival and Introduction

Private Car Service at the Airport / Train Station and Transfer to the Hotel

Welcome by our representative at the airport. Private transfer to a luxurious hotel in the heart of the city.

Introductory Meeting and Aperitivo with Italive Private Concierge

Enjoy a traditional Italian aperitivo with Italive host and discussing detailed itinary for the next two days.

Day 2: Campus and Schools Visits

Detailed campus visit to the selected school(s)

Italive will organize detailed campus visits to the pre-determined schools or universities. The visit include meetings with the admission directors, professors, program directors and international students coordinators.

Italive will arrange a private tour for the future students to see facilities and talk with students.

Meeting with an English-speaking Attorney

You will have a two-hour meeting with an English-speaking attorney to discuss all legal aspects of getting an education in Italy. You will discuss the following topics:

Legal process to obtain student visas or long-term stay visas in Italy.

Legal aspects of renting an appartment in Italy.

Process of getting residence in Italy for the duration of the study.

Legal contracts with the school, including fees, financial assistance, and housing.

Health insurance and medical assistance in Italy. Italive can organize special meetings with English-speaking doctors.

Meeting with Local Real Estate Agents

A one-hour meeting with a local trusted real estate agent to discuss appartment rental options.

Day 3: Bespoke City Tour by Italive Concierge

Detailed City Tour

Italive will book a half-day city private tour with a premium tour guide. The tour may include family activities like a cooking class, private dining, a unique collection museum tour, and a particular interest tour. We would love to hear what your family is interested in, and the Italive concierge will organize an unforgettable day for your family.

Aperitivo with Italive Host

The final meeting will be with the Italive host to discuss the tour outcome and the next steps.
